The aroma of azahar (orange blossoms) pervades the whole city when the spring comes and the white flowers open exhaling their wonderful fragrance. The bitter orange, the variety of Sevillian and other Andalusian orange trees, came from Asia. However, it was the Arabs who introduced them in Spain.
