4 highlights you can't miss in Valencia
La Lonja, the Silk Exchange

This magnificent edifice, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was built in the 15th century, when Valencia was one of the most flourishing cities in the Mediterranean. The lonja was the silk and commodity Exchange. By the way, silk arrived in Spain from the East in the time of Al Andalus.

El Micalet & the Cathedral

Miguelete, Miquelet or Micalet… We talk about the iconic bell tower of Valencia’s Cathedral. From its terrace (207 steps) you will enjoy the best views of the city (360º). By the way, the cathedral was built over the place where the main mosque of Balansiya rose until 1238.

Serranos & Quart Towers

Both towers are the only remaining gates of the old medieval Christian wall. Before there was a Roman wall and then another Muslim one, of which there are some vestiges. From its terrace you will have beautiful panoramic views. Access is free on Sundays and holidays.

The Marina & urban beaches

The old port of the city today is the Marina of Valencia, an area  open to innovation, nautical and enjoyment. Here you will find one of the best atmospheres to relax, especially around the avant-garde Veles e Vents building, a cultural and gastronomic multispace. Also a beach club.
