Known in Spanish as la Gran Mezquita de Valencia, this is the largest mosque in the Valencian Community. It opened its doors in 1994 and has since grown steadily, offering more services to meet the needs of the community. At the heart of the mosque is the spacious main prayer hall, which was expanded in 2004. The complex also houses the Imam Al-Xativí School, where a wide range of Arabic language and cultural courses are offered. The mosque features a well-stocked library with Islamic, scientific, and literary works, as well as audiovisual materials and a conference hall that regularly hosts lectures, talks, and debates.
