We will be waiting for you at the Madrid airport (or at the train station, if that is the case) to transfer you to your centrally located hotel. So your arrival will be easy and hassle-free.
We suggest you start by exploring on foot the area near your hotel, which is precisely the most popular: the famous Gran Vía up and down, from the Cibeles fountain to Plaza de España or vice versa, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor... The essential Madrid. By the way, when you walk along Gran Vía don't forget to look at the top of the buildings, some of them are crowned by impressive sculptures.
Check the available options: hop-on hop-off bus, group guided tours or private tours, including Muslim guides.

If the day before you didn't have time to finish your exploration on foot of essential Madrid -Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor- today you can do it and even go a little further: the Royal Palace, another of the essentials. It is precisely in this area where the Muslims founded Madrid, which they called Mayrit.
You will need public transport (metro, bus, taxi) to continue exploring other areas of the city where other of the most visited highlights are located: Real Madrid Stadium, the Ventas Bullring... Our city-guide will make it easier.
Two good options: use the tourist bus (with a ticket for 1 or 2 consecutive days) or join a regular guided group tour. You can also choose to be accompanied by a Muslim guide. You may even opt for a half-day excursion to Toledo, a UNESCO World Heritage city — the historic Islamic Tulaytula.
