Delicious peaches

For many, the peach of Calanda, a town in southern Aragon, is the best in the world. There is no doubt that it is the best in Spain and the only one that is protected by a designation of origin, which strictly establishes the way in which it must be delicately cultivated and marketed. Its turgent flesh, yellow color, sweet flavor and intense aroma are a true delight.

This delicious peach is only grown in Calanda and surroundings. Calanda is a municipality in the region of Bajo Aragon, province of Teruel.
When

It is a seasonal fruit that can only be found from the end of September to the beginning of November. Also, canned.
