Asador de Aranda
The 'lechazo' (that is, the very young lamb that is still suckling) slowly roasted in a clay oven is the star dish of this restaurant, one of the most renowned chains in traditional Spanish cuisine. This lamb is halal certified, and therefore, Asador de Aranda is a very famous restaurant among Arabs -especially Saudis- who reside in or visit Spain. So much so, that it opened branches in Riyadh and Dubai. If you like lamb, don't miss it. Other meats are not halal.
