Balansiya pays tribute to the Muslim past of Valencia and this is implicit even in its name, since that is how the city was called in Al Andalus times. In fact, it is the first Arab restaurant with Andalusí tradition in Valencia. Here you will find delicious and well prepared dishes, mostly typical of Moroccan cuisine, but also of the Mediterranean and the Middle East. Excellent food in a traditional, caring and friendly atmosphere. Very good service. Top rating.
