Constitution square

Plaza de la Constitución, in the lower part of Mijas Pueblo, is one of the town's liveliest spots. Here you can relax on a terrace, soak up the atmosphere, and often catch free performances. On one side of the plaza is a public lift that takes you up to the higher area comfortably. A fun fact: the central fountain and the standing benches are carved from the large stones carried here by a dramatic flood in 1884.
