Grand Mosque of Alicante – Arrahma

The Great Mosque of Alicante, also known as the Arrahma Mosque, forms part of the Islamic Cultural Centre of Alicante  (Alacant) and was inaugurated by the city's Muslim community in 2014 after years of dedicated effort. The building covers around 950 square metres over three floors, with the main prayer hall located on the ground floor and a capacity of around 700 worshippers. The second floor is dedicated to educational, cultural and administrative activities. It is located in the Virgen del Remedio neighbourhood, close to Lo Morant Park.
