All international visitors are eligible to receive a 10% reward on most purchases at El Corte Inglés by simply showing their passport at the International Customer Service desk. VAT Refund Service in just 3 steps.

• GET IT : Once you have purchased goods, present your receipts at the International Shopping Bureau store and receive a Tax Refund Form.
• STAMP IT: As you are departing the European Union, take your passport, purchases, receipts and tax refund form to customs to get your stamped.
• CASH IT: Finally, collect your funds in one of the Partner Refund Points of El Corte Inglés or mail them a copy of the form to have the refund credited to your card, or your home address by bank check.

To start the tax claim process, simply proceed to the International Shopping Bureau, at Basement 1, where the  dedicated team will assist you.
