Mustafa Bougrine, the alma mater of Restaurante Arrayanes, a Berber born in Casablanca, wanted to enrich the cuisine of his personal roots with the culinary diversity of Morocco and the investigation of Al Andalus cuisine. The result is one of the most successful restaurants in Granada. Pastelas, tajines, cous-cous, traditional soups, typical Fes salads, excellent pastries ...
